Caputi Search LLC is a retained executive search firm. This page explains what personal information we receive through caputisearch.com and in our work, and how we handle it.

What we receive

  • What you send us: your name, work email, company and title when you contact us or express interest in the CRO Roundtable, along with any other details you choose to add, such as your LinkedIn profile or areas of responsibility.

  • From other sources: in our search work and business development, we gather professional information from public sources such as LinkedIn profiles, company websites and news coverage. We also receive information from clients, including the roles they are filling and, at times, the names of people they would like us to approach, and from people in our network who refer, recommend or comment on candidates, which can include references a candidate has not listed.

  • Bookings: your name, email and any notes when you schedule a conversation with us.

  • Site usage: our website host, Squarespace, records basic information about visits, such as pages viewed and browser type, and uses cookies to run the site.

  • Calls and meetings: with your agreement, we may record and transcribe calls and video meetings using AI note-taking tools, and keep the notes and summaries they produce.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to hold the conversations you book, to organize the CRO Roundtable, to carry out the searches clients retain us for, and to develop clients, including reaching out to companies and leaders who may want to work with us and keeping their contact details and our notes from those conversations. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it

We use Squarespace for the website and forms, HubSpot to keep track of contacts, Calendly for scheduling, Google Workspace for email, and AI note-taking tools for meeting notes, so your information is stored with those services. If you are a candidate in one of our searches, we share your background with the hiring company only after you agree. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

Squarespace sets its own cookies on this site to keep it working and to count visits. The Schedule page shows a booking calendar from Calendly, which may set its own cookies under Calendly's privacy policy. No other company collects information through this site about your activity over time or across other websites. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

Records are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer relevant.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@caputisearch.com. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.

Children

This site is meant for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Updates

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
